Our Development Process

Learner Needs Analysis

The learning content, the targeted learners, and the objectives of learning need to be analyzed. This gives us the ability to ideate the best solution possible.

Creating IDD

The Instructional Design Document (IDD) is a high level plan of the overall instructional approach of the course. We deliver learning experiences through a variety of methods.

Creating Storyboard

The course content is divided into modules. It follows a logical progression through the topic, included examples, real-life scenarios to increase learner engagement.

Prototype Development

The whole course is presented by using a few slides. All decisions that are based on the presentation of the content on the screen, inter-activities to be applied, colors, images, and animations are all finalized.

Development

We use the relevant course authoring tools to input the onscreen elements, create interactions and assessments and align any animated objects to the audio narration. The content will be published in SCORM, Tin Can or any other format required by LMS.

Testing & Revision

The developed modules need to be reviewed, tested and provided feedback, then make final revision decisions to update the content. This step repeats for each module to ensure quality and fast timeframe during development.
